The seminar will be held at Aarhus University, Denmark, on March 16-19. Topics covered include: Theoretical foundations and future directions of Organizational Design, Organization theories and how they relate to organization design, Classic and new organization designs, and Design process.

Two emergency departments in the Central Denmark Region have tested how prototyping can be a valuable method to develop new processes and organizational structure. ICOA observed and evaluated the process.

Saturday 13 October associate professor Dorthe Døjbak Håkonsson appeared at the national television channel DR2. They ran a special Saturday-night theme on “Failure” and Dorthe Døjbak had the opportunity to present some of her work, including new research results from the MINDLAB project.

EIASM EDEN Doctoral Seminar in Orgnanization Design
The seminar is designed primarily for doctoral students, but post-docs and other early stage researcher may also benefit from attending. We assume students have a basic knowledge of organization theory obtained during their (Research ) Master studies or equivalent. Please let us know if you do not have this basic knowledge of organization theory, and we will provide you with a reading list to prepare for the seminar.
